3. Once you review candidates,and establish from all of the profiles received that you would like to connect with just a couple,send your invite to them.
If they accept your invite,$11 per candidate is debited to your account.
If any candidate declines,your $11 connect fee is credited back again. It's that simple.
If you connect with 3 candidates,then it's cost just $33 to advertise. Next time you advertise, you will just need to make up the difference so your $200 credit is maintained!
